CCADV is seeking a Program Coordinator for Prisoner Re-Entry to oversee the implementation of CCADV’s specialized initiative to enhance victim service response by providing specialized attention to the Department of Correction, Pardons & Parole and Probation as well as law enforcement agencies. This position will be responsible for the enhancement of victim services through the coordination, implementation and delivery of grant project activities utilizing research-based intervention programs. The Center for Women and Families
The Center for Women and Families seeks a multi-program Bilingual Advocate. This position works with multiple programs providing safety planning, crisis intervention, advocacy, short-term counseling, case management and referrals for individuals in crisis as a result of domestic and/or sexual violence. The Center for Women and Families seeks a Clinician to provide individual and group trauma focused therapy to children ages 0-18 that have been impacted by domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Must provide clinical support and guidance to all direct service staff and represent CWF in various meetings and collaborations. The Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence offers students the opportunity to combine their academic studies with on-the-job training and experience. CCADV interns participate in public policy advocacy, communications, public awareness activities, fatality review and data research and assessment.
