About CCADV
The Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) is the recognized leading voice for victims and those who serve them in Connecticut. CCADV is a social change organization, working at the state and national level to create and implement policy changes to strengthen Connecticut's response to domestic violence.
Founded in 1978, CCADV serves as the professional organization for the eighteen domestic violence agencies operating throughout Connecticut. As a membership and advocacy organization, CCADV works closely with its members to understand and respond to the on-going needs of domestic violence victims and their families. CCADV is committed to serving its members by providing quality technical assistance and educational opportunities.
Headquartered in Wethersfield, Connecticut, CCADV is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a combined base of federal, state, and private funding.
